It has been a while...
I pretty much forgot that I created this blog almost three years ago. Many things have changed in my life. The fiance I lovingly refereed to is now my husband, and we have a beautiful baby boy. I am no longer teaching (at the moment). Instead, I am raising our son, Sal who is without a doubt the most beautiful baby I have ever seen. Yes, I know, I am biased.
I originally started this blog as a place to review movies, literature, and music, so I am hoping to get to do that with any spare time (haha) that I have.

I really enjoyed this movie. The basis is that of a relationship between a brilliant young girl and her uncle and the absent grandmother who returns to the picture and potentially sets out to separate the pair. The young girl is a genius and basically a mathematician at the age of eight. Her uncle, Frank, has a mysterious edge to him and definitely comes across as slightly damaged. This makes the viewer immediately like him and want to know more. I felt the acting was excellent...everyone was believable.
